As an Administrator who does not have a marketing director at this time, I have learned in the four week FAST TRAC training course what to look for and what to expect from a marketing director when we are ready to hire. The FAST TRAC philosophy of "everyone's a marketer" is vital for the entire staff. All of my staff will be implementing the meet and greet process from module one immediately. We will also have each Department do a walk through process as suggested in the training.
FAST TRAC contains essential information from identifying your referral sources, to how to conduct an effective tour and close a potential customer. Each member of the tour team - Marketing Director, Administrator, DNS, and back-up tour giver will benefit from taking this training. An added bonus during the class is sharing ideas and hearing from other facilities what they are doing in overcoming some of the obstacles we all face. A great networking opportunity as well as a support group!

This training program is a great training program to continue to

a methodology that every marketing director needs to stay focused
