LTCAdmissionsCoach.com was just a concept two years ago. In July
of 2006 this program was launched due to the growing need for on-going
resources and training for marketing teams at Skilled Nursing, and
Assisted Living Facilities. Andrea has created a low-cost, quick-learning
program for new marketers, seasoned marketers, managers, and Administrators
to help increase profitable census by implementing new marketing
strategies!
Andrea has been in the LTC industry for over fifteen years in
various marketing and management positions. She spent eight years
in the LTC rehab industry with two major players (Aegis Therapies
and RehabWorks), selling over fifteen million dollars in new business.
She also trained and hired nurses to increase census in the LTC
acute-care industry to fill empty beds, while teaching these dynamic
marketing strategies.
Andrea also authors continuing education for administrators and
managers in the LTC industry with LTCAC, Inc’s partnership with
www.EasyCEU.com.
Howard Manns-Long Term Care Consultant
Howard
J. Manns has been in the advertising and healthcare marketing industry
with a combined twenty-five years of experience. He has served as
a marketing director, administrator, and regional marketing director
for several LTC corporations.

Jennifer helps our customers decide what program works best in

department for each new contract. Jennifer has been with the company
since the onset and brings a wealth of experience to our team.

Michelle holds a Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has worked in the field of senior living for over ten years. Having worked as the Director of Marketing and as a senior housing consultant for both for-profit and not-for-profit communities, she brings with her a great deal of marketing and industry experience. We are very excited to have Michelle on our team!
Jana Gibbs-Lead Software Consultant/Developer
Jana brings many years of consulting and web development to our
team. She heads up our learning environment program for corporations.
Her training and expertise helps our customers with ground floor
planning to the launch of their course curriculum, and branding
options.
